Jamaica Plain, MA -- "Sunny White" Kitchen. A gut renovation and space reconfiguration, including new cabinets, counters, tile backsplash, plumbing, lighting and flooring. A narrow, separate pantry was removed to create an airy workspace and storage. Design by the homeowner and Bailey•Davol•Studio•Build.
Jamaica Plain, MA — “Attic Kids’ Annex” Another major attic renovation added to the portfolio. The kids chose the colors.
Medford, MA -- A ground-up deck build made this unattractive and unusable back yard a wonderful hangout spot.
Dorchester, MA -- Severe problem with rotting trim boards and railings. Found structure to be missing proper paint, caulking, gutter systems and a damaged staircase that was not built to code. We replaced the rotted post wraps, trim, railings, added a proper gutter system and rebuilt staircase to code.
South End, Boston, MA -- Starting with a huge collection of recycled building materials. We worked with the owner to design and build both interior and exterior spaces. (ongoing)
Somerville, MA — “Primary Colors” This gut kitchen + dormer + kids’ bedroom addition wrapped up just as quarantine hit. Feels really good that this lovely family happily had a new and greatly-improved nest for these times.

Jamaica Plain, MA -- This urban oasis was the ultimate in eclectic design. Reclaimed materials, from church pews, doors and century-old lumber, were used in creative ways.
Central VT, Tiny House build -- Using a design imagined by the homeowner, we built this "tiny home" (less than 300 sq. ft.) for year-round use. Every square inch of the home is intentional and useful.
Cambridge, MA -- Worked with the homeowners and the Cambridge Historical Society to replace all clapboard and trim on this home to restore its original period details.
