A gut renovation and space reconfiguration, including new cabinets, counters, reclaimed oak shelving, tile backsplash, plumbing, lighting, electrical, and flooring. A narrow, separate pantry was removed to create an airy workspace and storage. Design by the homeowner and Bailey•Davol•Studio•Build.
